The first level opens the collaboration path. Partner universities join the DataScientia network, take part in events, access core materials, and introduce the DataScientia Community to students, researchers, and local stakeholders.

The +1 level supports the creation of a local DataScientia Intermediary. This is a long-term partnership model where the university becomes a local anchor for data governance, trusted data access, research services, innovation, and sovereign diversity-aware AI development.
